I started spring training and gym workouts in 2000 before my freshman year of 6a class high school football.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is a sport that suites me for my genetics and career in personal training and massage therapy. I know I can take to the next level and I will take it to the next level to win successfully in the NPC Nationals and get accepted into the IFFB with a pro card. Bodybuilding is a sport of attitude, committment, determination, swet and blood, heart, faith, and loyalty.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of my goals and what I have to do in order to achieve them and go for it as hard as I can in the gym. I am not a talker in the gym.
Look great, Trey. Keep it up. I bet you make a great massage therapist. With those big hands and strong shoulders and arms, no muscles could be a match for you. Good luck with it.

Been really working on trying to bring up my chest. Got 2 more months of my bulk program, hoping to hit 330. Than start my precontest in Jan. Got 3 shows next year.
