I want to be able to look and feel healthy and fit in my 30th b-day picture in January.
Complete the ING Marathon in GA on March 21,2010
Goal (Long):
Complete ING Georgia Marathon March 21, 2010. Well, I set this goal, because it is one that I can directly control the outcome. I know that if I get up and keep moving forward day in and day out, and complete my long runs then I will be able to finish the marathon in March. I may not be able to finish in 4 hours but I can finish.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 30 lb

Tye, saw you on sgtg619's, wanted to wish you all the luck in the world! I've lost nearly 30 lbs since the end of January--1/20, actually, and I KNOW you can do it! For me, it was weights, cardio, and eating clean. It wasn't til I started w/"from God's hand to my mouth" clean eating that the weight just fell off! Good luck to you! ~pj
yeah walking has been my saving grace...eventually I would like to do a walk run program..but these last few weeks have been about getting active *again*
