BigMoney247 A great Am workout. I did strength walking for an hour. And, boot camp class for 25 minutes. I feel drained and tired, but accomplished.

BigMoney247 created a new BodyBlog entry "Battle of the scales".

Okay, every scale I get on has a different weight.  My home scale, the gym scale at YMCA, the scale at LA Fitness. They all vary within about 3 pounds.  And, the difference is about 3 pounds depending on if I am naked, or have shoes on or off.   So, I'll just stick with weighing myself on my home scale first thing in the morning when I'm in the nude.  It is really frustrating.

So, in April I plan to do more and be more. March I was consistent in my cardio, but didn't lift a single weight. But, at least I didn't gain any weight. In the next 3 weeks I will aim for a 2 pound a week weight loss. Got my plan together. So, let's do it.

velvet5900 Awwwww, I just read your blog Tye! Since I've been eating clean and working out, my doctor told me that I may no longer have to take my blood pressure or cholesterol meds. I'm only take 1/2 of my BP pills now. When you look at it that way, you'll remain focused on your goal, a new you, fit and healthy. It's ALL about feeling good on the inside! You can do this!! Once you've got that mental thing down, the rest is easy! ;o) Let's do this together! Mar 13, 2012 9:27am
