Sometime within the next year i want to be able to rep 325 several times.Also squat 500 atleast once. Finally get my bodyweight to 195 while staying below 10% bodyfat.

Hey Mike, are your hammys better yet? I enjoy the 5X5 Program so far I like dowing squats on the Smith Machine...and I like the "spotter" for the bench press... Hope you're doing better.
Thanks for the luck, and I have only started with Anator this week. So far it has deffinitely given me a major increase in strength. I do chest Monday and Friday, Monday I could only get 205 for 8 reps, this morning, I got 225 for 6 reps. Same as for my dumbbell rows, I was doing 65ers Monday for 3 sets of 10 and I got 80s for 2 sets of 10 today. As for whether or not Im building better, that I can't determine yet, but with the increase in strength Im sure I am guaranteed to build some mass.
