Today is legs day for me, I'm on the last week on bulkin up. I started takin ANIMAL PAKS to day to started for my cutting stage. I will started cuttin up after I come off of vacation. 3 weeks of nothing to hard in the gym, I will be off from work I'm going to rest and give my body some time...

I hope you feel better soon, I here that bug has been going around. Drink lot of fluids the Doc. told me to prevent dehydration you should mix gator aid 50/50 with water. It has too much sugar for the body to process it with out the water.
