How I Started:
I was always the little skinny guy. But not skinny in a ripped kinda way, but skinny in a fat way if that makes sense. I was flabby and I was incredibly skinny and weak. I decided to start working out.
Why I Love It:
The personal gain and challenges. I also love looking good and feeling good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror. I can always find something that I am not happy with about myself and that makes it easy for me to stay on my diet and get in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
When I moved home from Pittsburgh and I saw the looks on all my friends faces that I haven't seen in a year. I had gained almost 40 pounds of muscle. I was jacked! It was a great feeling.

Goal (Long):
I have always been known as the little guy and it just wasn't working for me. I saw all of these guys with killer bodies and I knew that I could have something like that if I put my mind to it. I had always been an underachiever. No longer. I have started reading my muscle mags, I have a role model (Arnold... love that guy), and I have set some goals. I would like to be 200 pounds, be able to hit 365 on the press and be 15% bodyfat. I want people to think,"Oh ****" when I take my **** off. I want to live up to my full potential and get past my ectomorph bodytype.
