I split It up roughly for 4 weeks I lift really heavy then take a week off then begin a 4 week light high rep program then another week off and begin the cycle again.I always include 1 day a week for cardio very important.
oh yeah for sure me too! i can't kick it with the big dogs quite yet....well all gotta start somewhere and get our foot in the door though. I think we'll both do awesome if we stick to it and keep pushing hard!! :)
awesome! i have never competed AND i just moved to Cali, so i'm not sure what shows are in the spring and which one would be best for me since i'm a beginner...i have met a few awesome people that said they'd help me out though :)
hey man . I am sorry you keep getting sick. any hope to return to the gym soon? BTW thank you for the compliment . what improvements in my physique specifically show themselves ?
how is it going man? how is the progress. I am doing well 5 days weights (2 days split , with killer abs and chest routines) and 5 days cardio 8 % here we come , look at my thread for details and new pics coming soon , you have really massed up and gottebn ripped , very awesome
