My main goal is to gain muscle.

I would like to be around 220lbs with a 6 pack. But right now I have some fat around my midsection that I need to lose due to the amount of food required for bulking. I recently purchased a treadmill to help with the cardio aspect of my training so I'm looking forward to seeing this fat burn off.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
I take creatine before my workouts to ensure that I have creatine in my bloodstream in case the creatine stores in my muscles are depleted during the workout.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If they do it once in awhile it's no big deal, but if they are lifting 5lbs and still grunting then they should workout at home.

Man, it's been too long since I was here last. Alot has happened during that time, mainly the birth of my son who is now a year old.  So, it's safe to say that I got sidetracked from my training for awhile.  I also recently moved to a new house, so to make a long story short I haven't worked...

sounds great man, good to hear everythings healing the way it should.. ya i hear you on the stat thing, i see guys half my size with their bench reading 315 and what not lol...kinda erks me sometimes i dont understand how lying on their stats can make them feel any better..but any way keep me posted with progress im nothin but support here

Legs coming good check out my blog I just started doing weightsand some plyo stuff. Feels good but my legs are so soar from the work outs. I can hardly walk up stairs or sit down. That's a new pic, looking leaner I thought you were bulking.
