How I Started:
I started out at home with a Bowflex and soon knew that I needed to go to a gym to progress. I screwed around for the last couple of years, but decided that if I am going to reach my goals that I have to get serious about nutrition and working out.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that I have the ability to change, or I can stay the same if I do the same things. The power is in my hands.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read, study and look at people that are doing the right things. I have been on some other boards, but looking around here as a guest shows me that this is the place to be.
