Why I Love It:
I love working out because it brings focus to my life. It helps me to relieve stress, and it makes me feel like I have accomplished something important for the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated to work out by thinking about what I might become if I give up a healthy lifestyle. I can help to relieve and anger by using the weight room and this is another way I stay motivated to get in there and get it done.

Goal (Long):
Ever since I was little I thought something was wrong with me because instead of wanting to be a fireman, or a policeman I wanted to be a professional bodybuilder. My goals have changed a little bit, now I am more focused on the world of male fitness modeling, but because of my hectic schedule I have not been able to really get pictures taken and all the leg work before trying to get a deal. Overall I am just trying to live healthy, I don't know if I will ever make it to male fitness modeling, but I sure hope I do.
