spring85sigma Refine that diet a bit at a time! Try first of all limiting any carbs (especially the bad ones, LOL!) to immediately after your workout. Then substitute some healthy alternatives to the snacking. Right now it appears that your workouts are rigorous enough to bring results without much change in diet. Of course that never lasts! LOL! spring85sigma Things are going well. Last week, for some reason was miserable. I got through all of the workouts, but struggled. This week, however, has been great. I'm glad to hear that you are still at it. It's tough trying to keep consistent in the gym, but once the results start coming, you find a way to get that workout in. Hang in and keep at it. spring85sigma I do think VA TECH confers a certain mental toughness. It has definitely served me well after leaving there! We will definitely come through this tragedy. As far as training, I'm working on tweaking a few things to improve my chest and I definitely have to clean up the diet more this week. Hopefully, my progress pictures will reflect the changes.
