When I Started: Apr, 2007
How I Started: I started working out on a regular basses in April of 07. I was over 300lbs. at that point. I'd had enough. Since then I have lost around 75lbs. I want to keep going and for the first time in my life, show a six pack. I love this site. I think I'm going to make good use of it.
Why I Love It: Working out has been a driving force in my life for a little over a year now. It keeps me focused and gives me 1.5 hours a day to devote just to me.
How I Stay Motivated: I love feeling better and watching my endurance raise along with my biceps. And a sexy, hard bodied, girl or two at the gym don't hurt ether.
BB Accomplishments: Dropping about 75lbs. Running for 27 minutes straight. And sticking with it for over a year.
Forum Signature: Always bite off more than you can chew. It beats the hell out of going hungry.

Thanks for your positive comments. In my house there is not much for junk food but I am always tempted by the restaurants and coffee shops, it's terrible.
