How I Started:
I started working out on a regular basses in April of 07. I was over 300lbs. at that point. I'd had enough. Since then I have lost around 75lbs. I want to keep going and for the first time in my life, show a six pack. I love this site. I think I'm going to make good use of it.
Why I Love It:
Working out has been a driving force in my life for a little over a year now. It keeps me focused and gives me 1.5 hours a day to devote just to me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love feeling better and watching my endurance raise along with my biceps. And a sexy, hard bodied, girl or two at the gym don't hurt ether.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping about 75lbs. Running for 27 minutes straight. And sticking with it for over a year.

Thanks for your positive comments. In my house there is not much for junk food but I am always tempted by the restaurants and coffee shops, it's terrible.
