How I Started:
I opened a gym, Keith's Gym & Fitness in Sept. 2003 I realy enjoyed running it but I did not get into Body Building until June o6. This was a good while after I sold the Gym.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump that I get from working out. And I also enjoy watching the reshaping of my body.It's like an addiction, the more change you see the more you want to change.
How I Stay Motivated:
One of my biggest motivators is my son-in-law; we are always flexing and comparing notes. I also get modivated reading and watching my body change.And also Body Space,the mirrow,and the jealousy of others who can't reach their goals.
BB Accomplishments:
My genetics say, that I will have a big gut. I have proved that you can change that. Now I am trying to reach my next goal.
Lifting / Cardio Everyone says that you should take in more clean calories with plenty of protein to gain muscle. I am trying for at least 3100. And they say you have to do cardio to get cut. I am having a hard time understanding, you put in more and then have to burn the extra off. Why not...
