How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
My wife and I are both overweight, so having a common goal is great for strengthening as well as testing the bond that we share.

Diet has definately been the hardest for me to keep up with, but as soon as I buckled down I started getting results quickly. Keeps me even more motivated!!
