My Workout Program

MAX-OT (Overload Training)
Website: http://www.ast-ss.com/
Focuses on low reps (4-6) with heavy weight.
Program changes up every two weeks and continue for 16-24 weeks. Goal is to go as heavy as you can and increase the weight every few weeks.
Combine this workout with HIT (High Interval Training) cardio 3-4x a week and Abs with heavy resistance 3-4x a week. Only rest day is Sunday.

thejoeedwards Hi I think me and you are at about the same point- i'm 6' 3", 180lbs. on a cut atm and down to 10% (from about 14%). im keeping carbs low, 40g pre-workout, 40g post workout only. fats at about 15-20% of my calories 2200 calories a day roughly. lifting 5x per week, with 500 calories of cardio after lifting. i was just wondering how you're planning on getting rid of those final 3%? cheers Joe May 15, 2009 11:18am
