My Workout Program
Focuses on low reps (4-6) with heavy weight.
Program changes up every two weeks and continue for 16-24 weeks. Goal is to go as heavy as you can and increase the weight every few weeks.
Combine this workout with HIT (High Interval Training) cardio 3-4x a week and Abs with heavy resistance 3-4x a week. Only rest day is Sunday.
