In high school so that I can go out for football. It did help. I was bigger and stronger. Just like a lot of people once I got married, had five kids and worked full time I just let my body go to hell.

Back view. No def, flat, and boring. Believe it or not I was known for my wide back. This too will change. Not the wideness, but the flatness. Forget the date on the camara. I never could get that thing to do right.

I want to losing 10 pounds of fat, so that I can look and feel better Summer of 2009.
Goal (Long):
Let’s just get to the point. I want to have a body that turns heads especially my wife’s. I want to go to the beach this summer and take my shirt off without feeling or looking like the father of five. Long term, I’m joining a flag football league playing with a lot of younger people and I want to be able to keep up with them, without feeling like I should have been a referee and not a player. However, my short term goal is to work hard, eat right, and be proud of myself at the end. I really felt bad the last time I want to the beach. I kept my shirt on the whole time in hopes that I wouldn’t look like a beached whale. Then I made the mistake of looking at the pictures my wife took and guess what; I looked like a beached whale with a shirt on. I was embarrassed. I can say that I did lose some weight. I went from 207 to 198 but, I’m still not happy with the way my body looks. I want to have a bigger, fuller chest, bigger arms, bigger shoulder and back, and a six pack that you can cut cheese on. I want to feel heather, stronger, faster, then I ever been. My goal date is August 1. Wish me luck.

Eat cleaner. Also eat food high in protein, but low in fat.

Well HARD ASSES, I had a pretty good week working out. I walked Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for two miles. Real tired after, but it felt real good when it was all over and I can see the upper part of my belly going away. I also started taking SUPER NOS PUMP. More on how that is working...
