Someone in the gym saw me working out and said that I had a good physique that could go far in bodybuilding. After that I gave it a shot and I have been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
It has changed my life in ever positive way and it allows me to set challenging goals for myself. It is a way of life forever.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have long term goals to get a pro card one day. Also since I am an older bodybuilder, I always try to stay ahead of the younger group of bodybuilders that are coming up now a days.
BB Accomplishments:
2001 Southern Classic- 1st superheavyweight class and 2nd overall
2001 Junior Nationals- 4th Heavyweight Class
2005 Alabama State-1st Superheavyweight class and 1st overall. Mr. Alabama
2005 NPC Nationals- 11th out of 40 Superheavyweights
2006 North American- 12th out of 25 Superheavyweights

To be the biggest superheavy I can be, but also the most conditioned
Goal (Long):
I have been a competitive bodybuilder for 15 years. I have seen many good competitors come and go. I keep on pushing and growing to make my mark in bodybuilding in the state of Alabama. Which is very difficult because it is football driven. But I want to make it as high nationally as possible and be recognized in any gym as the godfather of bodybuilding way after I have retired. To make that kind of impression on future competitive bodybuilders would be my ultimate goal.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 30 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
3%
Upcoming Contest:
2007 North American Championships

Hey Great physique! I am looking to start competing in Fame comepetions next year in the fitness model portion. I am really familar with the gym but as time gets closer to competition time Im looking for someone to help me fine tune things. I noticed you were in the ham,are you a fitness coach are do you know a good one in this area?
Dude, the national judges must be frickin' blind. Stick to your guns. Stay hard, dense, and big. Age is not an issue. Remember that!
More power to ya!
