I was 17 years old, overweight at 280 hated the way i looked, my uncle got me into the atkins diet, i dropped to 160..yup i went overboard on the diet, my dad gave me a bodybuilding magazine I saw some great physiques and i actually wanted to look like some of the pros. From there I started benching at my cousins house..I could barely bench the bar back then LOL!! I had a pair of 20lb dumbells at home, every morning before school I would do bicep, tricep and some forearm work, for chest I would do dumbell presses on my house speaker haha i was pretty weak back then. On christmas though I got a Weider bench and this time I could lift seriously, all i would do was bench and curls it took me about 2 months or so before I could put up the big 135, I was on my PSP and randomly typed in BodyBuilding.com..didnt even know the site existed, I started reading articles and got started on Rippetoes starting strength after that my strength and size went up and these days im maxing out 205 on bench and curling ALOT more than 20lbs.
Why I Love It:
I just love lookin good and staying fit, going to the gym is the best part about life for me lol, if I ever miss a day i'd feel all sick =[
How I Stay Motivated:
I dunno....uh go to the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Reached 200lbs+, Increased my bench press into the 200 range, filling out my back more, and finally putting those 2 45's on each side of the barbell for squats =]

This was my Fat Ass at 280 pounds back in 7th or 8th grade, I was always the fat kid all the way to my sophomore year of high school.
This is me now at 221 pounds, now I actually have a chest and bigger arms..and yea my farmer tan is finally gone.
The biggest goal i want to accomplish is get big around 300lbs+ then shred up to 250 or 240 and try to keep the mass i gained, then to reach a bench press of 500lbs...for me i love getting stronger and gaining strength the most but im lacking size and i want to look big too.
Today I finally got 315 on my deadlift, I could never do it before like about 2 weeks ago, but today i just did it for 2 reps!! I notice my deadlifts and squats numbers are just skyrocketing compared to my bench..i need to fix that and get the bench press up though.
I'm doing good, I wanna come back already. :( If you're not busy sometime this weekend, give me a ring. I wanna know what kinda trouble you've been getting into LOL!
What? What a dick cop! :( Yeah I got all sick my last couple days there, it sucked. But I'll be back in December. I know it sounds far, but it'll come by quick.
my bad i neva show 4 da back workout i had shit 2 do. i goin take time off da gym from weds 2 next mon or tues, give the iron a break. K brah keep pumping da weights
thanks bro. hey I was on atkins too. right now im trying to get really strong. i mean, no use shredding fat when i'll just end up looking skinny and weak. im focusing on upping my military press until I can lift my BW for reps. you? (btw, is IZ a hero in Hawaii? I love that guy.)
