How I Started:
I played basketball and ran track and field in highschool. I started lifting weights but not so heavy to gain alot of muscle. I started hitting the weights a little harder in college. After college I really started lifting heavy and wanted to develop my body.
Why I Love It:
I love running and lifting weights because it relieves my stress and keep me in good shape. I always feel good when I finish working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep myself motivated by picking the biggest guy in my gym and telling myself I want to be the biggest person in this gym. So I workout like a madman.
BB Accomplishments:
I major accomplishment was benchpressing 360lbs and my body weight is 193lbs. I goal is to bench 400lbs.

Goal (Long):
I have many goals that I want to accomplish. I want to start eating healthier and cut out junk food. I want to weight over 200lbs and bench press 400lbs pounds. I can achieve this in about 1 1/2 years. I would like for my biceps and triceps to be bigger than what they are.
