Hey Conor, its been quite some time since I stopped by to see how your progress is coming. You hadn't posted any recent pics so tell me how you are doing. I'm back trying to get in shape again the last month or so in the gym and have been dieting since june and have lost around 18 lbs so far. Now I'm trying to start building and defining some muscle. Give me a quick update when you have time.
