How I Started: I started into weight training for sports around my freshman year of highschool. I have stayed with it ever since. But now I want to get my body as toned and in shape as it has ever been.
Why I Love It: I really think once you start you can't stop. I love to do it because I know that I am making my body better and myself.
How I Stay Motivated: My family is always behind me and I refuse to let them down. Plus I always want to push myself to the next level.

Well i'm back. I am glad to say that i didnt gain any weight and when i got back into the weight room this morning i felt real good. Now it's time to start stacking on the weights!
