The biceps are an odd muscle-group, mainly consisting of only two muscles, the Biceps brachialis and the brachialis muscles. Despite its simplicity, its still a large muscle group that can benefit from being hit at different angles. Eventhough the biceps brachialis is a single muscle, training it at different inclinations causes more muscle damage in different parts over the length of the same fiber, so changing up between incline curls and spider curls for instance can let you, to some degree, highlight different parts of the same muscle. As such one should pay attention to hitting the muscle at different angles.
