When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always been an athlete whether it was High School sports, or hobbies along the way, but a few years ago I realized that I was too big to enjoy life and had to make a change. I wish I had pictures but at 385 lbs I rarely went near a camera. I will try to find one to post. I promise you it was not pretty. That was when the lifestyle change began but at the time it was all about the scale and losing pounds not getting in shape. About 1 year ago I started putting all those years of fitness knowledge to use and stared training hard unfortunately Murphy’s Law kicked in and I suffered from a GI disorder that has yet to be diagnosed though many doctors have tried. This made it near impossible to maintain any nutrients and the process has been slow. The last 3 months have been a major improvement and my passion only grows.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that I want to live my life to the fullest, and I can't do that the way I was. My motto in life is "Never look back, but Never Forget"
Keep up the hard work I noticed you lost a few pounds between your weigh ins. good job. I dont know about you but morning cardio seems to be the key for me.
