How I Started:
I've always been an athlete whether it was High School sports, or hobbies along the way, but a few years ago I realized that I was too big to enjoy life and had to make a change. I wish I had pictures but at 385 lbs I rarely went near a camera. That was when the lifestyle change began but at the time it was all about the scale and losing pounds not getting in shape. About 1 year ago I started putting all those years of fitness knowledge to use and stared training hard unfortunately Murphy’s Law kicked in and I suffered from a GI disorder that has yet to be diagnosed though many doctors have tried. This made it near impossible to maintain any nutrients and the process has been slow.

I know that I want to live my life to the fullest, and I can't do that the way I was. My motto in life is "Never look back, but Never Forget"
