How I Started: My friend ask if i wanted to start working out. I was like **** im to lazy for that shit. He said here try some NO-xplode it will get you hyped up, after that day i've been working out ever since.
Why I Love It: It's my meditation. So try hard not to bug me while i'm in the gym with headphones on.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
