boatnerjg Cool, so you get about 50-60 for four meals, then how much pwo (50-60)?? So basically five carb feedings?? And I saw your post on feeling like garbage on low carb days. You may want to try eeither all carbs in the first and last meal of the day, or all carbs in the last two. Helps with sleep on those days and you are ready to go if you lift in the morning (No need to fear "dont eat carbs late at night") Jul 7, 2011 2:15pm
