So for the last month and a half, I've been doing sets of 10 on every exercise in an effort to tone up for summer. Three weeks ago, I stopped NO-xPlode and Cytogainer. And just last week I started ON's basic Whey Protein, and Viridis ephedra. I also began dieting as well, eating as much fruits...
yeah man you get in them lower reps like that your doing a muscle building set. Up the reps a little like 12, throw in a set of 15 reps even if you feel up to it. Your going to have muscle failer but you will get your muscel endurance up, which will lead to fat loss. 10 reps is still more of a muscle building rep range but a good chance it will contribute to weight/fat loss. It will just be over a longer period of time.
A guy I used to lift with recommended Nitrix. I started using it and saw results immediately. So from then on, if I am adding to my supplements, I try their stuff first. I haven't been disappointed yet...

just make sure that you have lots of protein when you are doing cardio because you don't want to lose any muscle mass
