What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
tendonitis in my elbows, From powerlifting I had it all season long, then after the season I took off for a month and i was all better.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Bad form, pride, trying to impress that cute girl.
