How I Started:
I have been overweight all of my life and want a change. I have lifted weights since I started playin football in high school. My eating habits have kept me from seein good results.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a workout. I also love the physiques of bodybuilders.
How I Stay Motivated:
As of now, I struggle to stay motivated. My addiction to food often keeps me from accomplishing my goals.

Listen to platinum18, he's the man... As far as determination man, that's totally up to you. All depends on how much you want it. The most effective way to reach your goals is to control your environment. Don't put yourself into situations that will compromise your goals. I had to limit my exposure to activities that would compromise my diet and training. This involves a bit of sacrifce but its worth it.

are some tips eat 8-12 oz of lean meat 5 times a day make the rest of your meals shakes and 1hr of cardio 5 times a week
