As a young kid, playing sports, football, baseball, basketball, & wrestling. Always trying to get stronger, faster, bigger, etc... My father was also a big weight lifter, that had a strong influence on me.
Why I Love It:
First of all, it keeps me sane. I'm a much happier person when training. It's the 2nd best stress release. Ha Ha! It's my prozac. I love the compliments. It's a great high when you get someone else hooked on the iron and see their progress & attitude on life do a 360.
How I Stay Motivated:
It just makes you feel good; it's not a team sport, it's all you! You can't ride on anyones coat tail when your not feeling good. Once you've transformed your body, letting yourself fall back becomes unacceptable. It doesn't seem like an option anymore. It's like those pay to park parking lots; you can roll over the spikes to get in and not pop your tires, but you can't put it in reverse and back out...

I've been looking the same for 10+ years now. I make some progress, then later I lose it. I'm at a plateau I just can't break through. I keep hitting it, get sick, injured, or just plain frustrated, then I regress. To much on and off training/dieting. I either go all or nothing. I need to get on it, stick with it, and shake it up a bit to bust through this damn plateau!
WOW! Great pictures and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). I especially liked your "How I Stay Motivated" Thanks for posting!
Thank you. My Guardian Angel that huvers close to me must have rubbed off on that day. LOL. Truly just a romantic at heart :) Have a peaceful day. Juliet
my size is working for me but I want to be bigger (don't we all?). working on the cuts right now and then it's bulk time again. how's your training going man?
