Frustrated!!!  I have been having problems with my right shoulder for a few months now.  About 4 months ago, doing some flat barbell bench press, I was burning out, weight not too heavy, coming down on a controlled negative rep, there went a POP in my right shoulder.  Long story short, after trying to work around it for a while, then taking some time off, the pain wouldn’t go away.  Can’t really do any type of presses, ie: bench, incline, and can’t even think about doing any type of military/shoulder press without hurting....

DawnMelanie Firstly Bryan, let me WELCOME you back to the gym. Secondly, thirdly and so fort - Take It SLOW! Slow controlled little litfts shall yield Big gains. And to promote maximum symmetyy ISOLATION alternating exercises is KEY. Don't do anything w/uninjured r.cuff that 'injured' one can't manage. Leave no rotator cuff behind!
