I can do dat. Although most of my workouts are posted in my blogs. They're pretty much the same for the most part. I like to make them intense and quick (so I can get to work). I listen to good music and I usually pump until failure (as opposed to doing actual sets and reps like I did in the beginting). Once I figure out what I want my body to look like then I'll get more specific workouts. Now it's just general.
Ha, well there aren't many choices around here. All the hardcore workout people are the jocks (and most of them are fat because they're football players, but not necessarily hardcore fitness), but I do think it would help. Also, since I don't know very many exercises and I pretty much do the same ones daily it'd be nice for someone to show me something new and actually have more intense workouts. The extra reps, I need those. . .
You're welcome. Sometimes I think about your workouts when I'm doing bicep curls. It helps me pump a little better. Also, I wish I had a workout partner. You guys seem to work together really well.
Still bulkin', still hulkin'. Once it starts getting warm, I'll start cutting, mainly because my appetite goes to s**t, so I figured, why fight it?
How about you?
hard to get into the gym with my new schedule and with how crowded it is here on campus, but still hittin it. i focused on strength too much in my training though and now my endurance is shot to hell. time to lower that weight and up those reps
Things are going well for me. I started up a workout journal on the forum. Check it out sometime.
Don't worry about that cut just yet. Keep on growing!
Yep. How fast you run and high you jump arep rimarily dictated by two things; strength, and movement efficiency. Getting stronger and more explosive, along with practice of the task at hand = improved performance.
