yeah am eating around 4000 cals a day atm the motment but am not gaining much bodyfat and gaining alot of muscle just train intensely and eat clean and you'll get to where you want to be just stay focused on your goal

if your wanting to make yourself look more athletic then just up your cardio abit more and keep your calories the same just make sure your eating low g.i foods like wholegrain etc and start doing interval training or doing 1km sprints after workouts with weights and keep working out with weights like your training to gain muscle and you should stay muscular and possibly even grow more just up the tempo and you'll do fine i hope this helps just ask me if you would like some more help!

alrite mate your best off taking a year to get ready for it really because the marines a are fully maned atm so theve made it alot harder trust me i've done the PRMC like 2 weeks ago and they took the piss just focus on your diet making sure you eat low GI carbs and high protein 6 meals a day and do lots of intense CV like shuttle sprints i'll message you a sample routine

cheers bro i do 1 min sprints and have a rest peroid of 2 mins of power walking best doing ya cardio fist things jst have sum amino acids and sum coffee best of luck mate!

yeah well BSN Products are pretty rip off to be honest you shud try cytogainer or maybe dymatizes weight gainer i use maximuscle but its only availble in england so bad luck there lol

well adding somthing extra to every meal your eating like i normally have oatmeal for breakfast now i've added a bagel with jam and do sumthing like that for every meal then with training i've cut my rest down to about 90 secs using my watch to time myself try that m8 P.s Are You Using a Weight Gainier?
