Thanks for tips . Problem is i think i am so concerned about abs i am forgetting to build muscle else where . Going to try and up weight as i am am too small at the mo but i don't want all that hard work getting down to 11% fat to be wasted. If i up my calories to gain mass but keep clean foods and light cardio i hope this will mean size and low fat ?

Hey bud soz t bug ya agen i was just wondering am pretty new to this whole thing and am gunna give ur training plan ago, ur in pretty awesum shape u havnt got a sample daily meal plan that u use do ya coz am preety much up 4 puttin the work in but rather told what to eat and when. If u cud send me like a day of what u eat and stuff that would be much appreciated cheers boss.

Alryt, i have applied for royal marine commandos and recently passed my pyscometric but failed my first medical. My AFCO told me to go back when i had lost a stone u got any tips for losing weight fast?

I just caught up with your picture gallery, it looks like you have made great progress. Even though you say you have been training for endurance you still look very good. I also think your tattoos are cool and very well done even though I am not usually that big on tattoos (I think it is partly a generational thing). Good luck with the Royal Marine Commmandos, that is a very elite arm of the service.
