just started on my new diet and new training routine can't wait till the end of the months to see my progress hopfully i will be able to stik with my current diet without any problmes
Thanks for tips . Problem is i think i am so concerned about abs i am forgetting to build muscle else where . Going to try and up weight as i am am too small at the mo but i don't want all that hard work getting down to 11% fat to be wasted. If i up my calories to gain mass but keep clean foods and light cardio i hope this will mean size and low fat ?

Alryt, i have applied for royal marine commandos and recently passed my pyscometric but failed my first medical. My AFCO told me to go back when i had lost a stone u got any tips for losing weight fast?

I just caught up with your picture gallery, it looks like you have made great progress. Even though you say you have been training for endurance you still look very good. I also think your tattoos are cool and very well done even though I am not usually that big on tattoos (I think it is partly a generational thing). Good luck with the Royal Marine Commmandos, that is a very elite arm of the service.

Hey I haven't checked up on this much lately, have been very busy with baseball and my band lately, I haven't been lifting to much lately, my torn bicep is acting up again, but I will get lifting soon....hows your gains going?
