Yes I was using BSN True Mass for awhile, never seemed to gain much, kinda pissed me off....right now I'm on NO Explode I love the stuff, but won't help me gain to much
Hey man, I was just wandering if you had some tips at bulkin up/gaining weight
I've been stuck at 140 for about 3 months now..my lifts have gone up quite a ways but I just cant gain weight
I am averaging 100-150 g of protein per day. On days I don't train or whatever I cut that down to whatever I get through square meals (no shales bars etc) ... what do you think is too much if I am trying to lean down? Thanks for the compliments. how are you ?
