I've always been involved in sports and athletics. Lifting weights just seemed like a natural progression since the nfl wasn't knocking down my door.
Why I Love It:
I know that staying in the best shape I can can bring success in all aspects of life.

I make sure my health is my #1 priority. Looking good in the mirror doesn't hurt either.

I've always been involved in some type of sporting activity, since I can remember. Competition is what keeps me motivated. With my 30th birthday coming up I want to be in the best shape I can be. A good weight I think would be about about 190 with about 8% body fat. Let the saga begin...

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
