I bought a muscle and fitness off the shelves at wal-mart and wondered if all "that crazy shit" actually worked.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. That is my motivation for working out. However most of the rewards I see come ouside the gym...
How I Stay Motivated:
The dream of looking like Arnold did. Looking through bodybuilding magazines. Bodybuilding.com. But in reality its so easy to keep doing this because of all the rewards I get to enjoy on a daily basis because of my physique.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Barbell Curls, Reverse Preacher, Standing Dumbell (or incline) Curl, Hammer Curl or Buddy Curls, then concentration (cable or dumbell)...3-4 sets of each 8-12 reps...

Sounds good...yesterday did squats 5X5 at 195,195,205,195,195 nxt week plan on doing 205,205,215,205,205...my weight is up to 165lbs. Did bench today 145 for 5x5..prob. do 150-155 nxt week. Started arms today and felt good. Tomorrow I'll do back..then shoulders traps. Plan on putting on some solid weight with squat and bench. Hopefully doing 225,225,235,225,225 by the first squat day when we get back. Let me know how your doing.
Cool fitness modeling is good, really working on come in for next year totally shredded but till the end of the year looking to put on more size and shape.
