How I Started:
My best friend took me to his bodybuilding show, and shortly after that he dragged me to the Arnold Classic. I didn't think much of it, but the next thing I know, I was hooked on the highs of building. I made the mistake of taking the summer off, and now I'm on my way of losing weight, and quite a bit of it. I'm always up for new tips and ideas on this, too!
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling you get. Thinking you can only do a set of 6 and end up busting out 10-12 is amazing. the pain the next day, and even more the day after that is like a drug once you get used to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is where I have problems... I try to stay motivated by thinking that nobody will want to hire me if I stay in the shape that I'm in.

Hiking Calves...
This was one of the hardest things I've done, climbing this mountain. But it was totally worth it. However, I did weight 330 lbs, and it was here I decided I really needed to lose the weight

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I keep a notebook with my gym bag at all times. It helps just keep a record so you know where you left off last week.
