How I Started:
My best friend took me to his bodybuilding show, and shortly after that he dragged me to the Arnold Classic. I didn't think much of it, but the next thing I know, I was hooked on the highs of building. I made the mistake of taking the summer off, and now I'm on my way of losing weight, and quite a bit of it. I'm always up for new tips and ideas on this, too!
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling you get. Thinking you can only do a set of 6 and end up busting out 10-12 is amazing. the pain the next day, and even more the day after that is like a drug once you get used to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is where I have problems... I try to stay motivated by thinking that nobody will want to hire me if I stay in the shape that I'm in.
