whats going on dexter, you, arnold, jay, and lee priest are my favorite bodybuilders! i look up to you alot and you greatly inspire me! you should come to boston mass sometime and guest pose at a show, i met jay when he was guess posing at the john hancock theatre in boston.. lastly all you guys watch out cuz in about 6 to 10 years ima be on that stage wining the sandow trophy :)... well thats my goal to someday hold the title as Mr Olympia!!!

hey whats going on.. how the training going? ur looking good looks like ur abs are starting to show through... how do you like the golds gym because im building a house in arlington right now and there is a golds gym down the street from the house and i havent been able to check it out yet but ive always wanted to go to a golds gym!

everything has been pretty good i picked my buddy ryan up from the airport last friday he just came back from iraque after 2 years soo im pretty pumped he is home!! we have been lifting partners for 4 years so im pumped we can lift together again! im also going to see jay z at umass amherst on sunday its my first rap conceret so it should be great im excited! how has life been treating yyou ? you feeling any better?!

there is a competetion im going to october 31 in boston it consists of mens and womens bodybuilding, figure competition and bikini competition.. this is doing to be my first show iv ever ben too im soo excited and jay cutler is going to be the guest poser!!!
