That is such wonderful news! I am glad your buddy is back, and I am sure de-compressing and settling back in will be so much nicer for him hanging around with you. I bet the concert will be great, you'll have to tell me about it, k? I am feeling better, I trained yesterday, and one more day left on the antibiotic. Keeping busy with school, and I am back to my internship this week :)

I think that is a great idea to attend a show - I have enjoyed the ones I've been too. I really have no idea why you are adding weight - are you getting healthy fats, though?

Hmmmm, I don't know how to help. I eat often too, seems like round the clock sometimes. Have you tried high density foods? Like healthy fats, almonds, walnuts? what are your meals like typically? Thank you for wishing me a speedy recovery! I am feeling better everyday. No I haven't competed yet, do you?

I'd love to have a fast metabolism like that although I guess mines not too bad. Yeah the training is going well. I let myself go a bit earlier in the year but I'm now back to the fittest i've been so gotta push past it this time and get even better! By the way love that back!
