I loved the human body my whole life. Have been obsessed with super heroes my whole life as well. I just think the human body is the most amazing thing on Earth!
Why I Love It:
Power, confidence, escape and stress relief. I also love activity and sports and athletics. Bodybuilding is the core of all sports. It is the meat and potatoes of athletics:)
How I Stay Motivated:
I am just me. If you know me I am an extremely obsessive motivated and focused person 24/7, I am what I am. I constantly work toward self improvement, Mind, body, and spirit. That is what life is about for me being the best you can be and nothing less. That is why I am married to lil Buck who has a profile as well. Because we share the same desires! We keep each other motivated!

Goal (Long):
Well I am excited to be back on BB.com! Also back bodybuilding. I will be competing in my first show ever in 3 weeks. After years of rehab on my knee that took some fortunate and unfortunate turns we have finally got it in working order so I figured what the heck! Lets go on out there and see what happens! Ready Fire Aim lol….. After the show and I see where I am at all dieted down I will start GROW mode! Basically win lose or draw I will take a year to grow and train as if I am an actual bodybuilder a competitive bodybuilder and not just train for a hobby like I used to. So we hope the results will be great!
Man, I've decided to dump this athletic, 6-pack model crazy look and go for the real stuff, aka the Big-Buck look - uncompromising, brute and big! Love it and it only goes well with a bald head! So you are my role model for what I am aiming at dude. Looking awesome - keep pumping hard mate! Any tips and directions most welcome. G.
hey i just wanted to know what kind of veggies you eat. i love to eat veggies but things like broccoli and green beans dont have many calories, and it seems like your only carb sources are strictly from veggies. thanks and keep up the good work
Thanks for the add Bro. What kind of diet do you follow to stay ripped and bulked like that? Bulking diet or leaning out diet. Or is it a combination of the 2? Cause you are freaking Massive and cut up..
