Weight training has a more pronounced effect on bodyfat loss than cardio. So if your aim is to bring out your abos you need to blast your body with thorough weight lifting sessions. Don't worry about becoming "too bulky" because muscles are meant to look bulky and tsetosterone levels determine how much bulk you can attain.
