How I Started:
I had a severely high cholesterol and my doctor asked me to lose weight a bit. I used to workout before when I was in the university and I loved it that time. I decided to get beck to gym and get healthier.
Why I Love It:
It is the best stress relief for me. Also, I like to see myself losing body fat and get in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
Registering to BB.com and seeing all those transformations inspire me, because I know I can do it. I already lost 35lb this year and dropped my BF% from 43 to 32. I know it is still long way to go, but I am willing to go through this.

Get in Competition Shape and Decrease BF% to a single digit
Goal (Long):
Started again on November 2009 on 250lb and 36%BF. I am eating healthy and excersice. I put short term goals and long term one. SO far I am on track...
My ultimate goal is to drop to 180lb and 8% body fat. That sounds so hard and unrealistic when my current weight of 235lb and 37.3%BF comes into picture..
This is why I want to set my mind here for a short term goal(s).
Ultimately, I want to lose 55lb and 30% BF. this will not happen...
dont say starting over rather picking up where you left off. You and me are the same. If I started over every time i strayed i never would have reached my goals. dont get discouraged and jump right back in. Check out my blogs for some sample diets. I also recommend weightwatchers. they have one for men and you can do it on line . . . .
