Hey, I miss your ass!!! Yeah I am trying to prep for the show..but guess what..got bloodwork done last month and my thyroid is low..so my progress is not as fast as I want..might hurt me for this show..I am stilll training and dieting. If I don't do Oct I will do March. How are you?

I'm going to use this next year to put on some size in my back and shoulders. The judges told me to do bikini, but I'm too stubborn. I like the diet and the discipline of figure. So I'll be up there again next year, just a little thicker! :)
