Goal (Long):
Most of my life I have been a skinny kind of guy. I weighed 129 when I graduated from High school, 143 when I got out of college. From then on my weight was 150 to 160. I did limited lifted after college but only for a while since I worked on ships for 3 months at a time and never got into a decent routine. After that, I got married and seemed too busy plus still went out on ships. In my early 40's I started working out with a co-worker for about a year and started to get in good shape but the club I was going to burned down, my children needed carpooling and there went my routine. I have always wanted to have broad shoulders and a V-shape/narrow waist with ripped abs,and decent biceps. So here I am at 58 with probably my last chance to get there. I think reducing bodyfat, doing shoulder reps, situps with moderate running/cardio will help, but I also see from reading BB that I need to consider nutrition, something I only mildly paid attention to.
