weighed 185 when I was a freshman in college.
Now I weigh 235 and im 6-Foot 4. Still pushing against my Ectomorph body type.

before I ever touched a weight.
I played high schools sports, but never worked out. This gut is the result of binge drinking my freshman year.
A solid 185 ish.
Arms, Chest...Pretty strong right now, Gonna cut up for the next 8 weeks before summer.

I've been there, like I've told you, just keep plugging, and trying to slowly increase your food intake and avoid overtraining. Email me sometime, I can send you some of my routines that I've done in the past that have helped me on bulks. Stay positive.
250 for you should be a very reasonable goal. At 6'4, I think you could probably handle even 275 no problem, cause you don't look too bulky at all. Keep up the good work, and keep on hulkin'.
Ya I hear ya bro. I have been having a hard time deciding a goal too. When I cut I lose about 10lbs of fat, then add 10lbs of mass. Then back to cutting, vicous cycle. I think if I can maintain all mass, which I have covered, and can manage to lose 14%bf this summer, Ill be happy.
Damn, I didnt realize you were that tall till I checked your pics. 235 at 6'4 isnt bad at all bro. What is your goal weight? Or you doing what I am, just going till your satisfied? Im gonna need the luck haha, cuts suck. I always bulk back up cause I lose strength cause I eat nothing.
Nah bro, I wish I was lying about weighing 275. I have always carried my weight very well. Plus the pics I take can be decieving, if I posted a side ****, it would be obvious. Im two different people from the front to the side. Just started back up so I should be at 225-230 around 12%bf by the end of summer.
