When I was young I always saw big guys (bodybuilders, the incredible hulk, you get the point) and wanted to be like them. Then one day I started lifting and I've been addicted since.

After my workout I had a shake w/ some oats. I haven't had them in a while and I think that they really upset my stomach. It's been hurting for the past hour. Does anyone else experience this from raw oats?
Today I had a pretty good workout. heres what I did.
