Goal (Long):
This is my longterm goal. I want to be a ripped 190lbs. This might happen in 1 year. It might take 2. Lean as ****. From that point I will maintain my body and work on endurance through running, vascularity, and other forms of exercise. I will continue to lift at the same intensity. I will practice doing 2 min maximum pushups and sit ups and a 2 mile run so I can have the best ROTC score possible.
I also want to have a balanced body. This means bigger calves and shoulders. The rest will fall into place.
After my workout I had a shake w/ some oats. I haven't had them in a while and I think that they really upset my stomach. It's been hurting for the past hour. Does anyone else experience this from raw oats?
Today I had a pretty good workout. heres what I did.
Levi, I saw your stats update on the main page and stopped by to see what the big DIP and REBOUND was in your weight chart. Nice work in just a little over a year. Excellent. --Stewart
Thanks for the encouragement. You have to laugh about it, other wise it will get you down. It looks like you are well on your way to some good muscle definition.
