How I Started:
I was very small and picked on quite a bit when I was younger. I started working out as a means to end all of that. Over time not only did my problems stop, but the gratification of what I had accomplished would stay with me to this very day.
Why I Love It:
It becomes a part of your life. You realize that any other way just doesn't feel right
How I Stay Motivated:
I see other people my age,(42) and I see the physical, mental, and emotional problems that some of them have on a regular basis, and I believe that the bodybuilding lifestyle helps keep some of those things from happening to me.

My main goal is to keep some sort of continuous fitness activity in my life. As i'm getting older, I am slowly understanding the limitations that my body has "aquired" over the years. All this means to me is train smarter and avoid injury. Take care of my family and be happy. Those are my long term goals. Other great things that happen to me along the way are just a bonus.
I am a big fan of H.I.T. training, and yes there are many variations of this type of training. I am more Dorian Yates type of workout.

I'm still dieting and making good progress. I'll wait another month before make the final decision for July. As of know I doubt it as I have too many trips for work in the weeks leading up to the show. I'll see you there either way. Best of luck
Thanks! I am doing my best just now working my water shedding process. Although I have remained very dry because of basically being on a keto diet. Just trying to dial it in... I think I have a shot if I come in correctly first time out so we will see.
I don't have any cravings right now ~ I'm pretty much just tired of eatting the same crap. I only have 3 weeks left till my "warm up show" then another 2 weeks till my official goal show. It sure is a good thing they put shows on during the summer time NO ONE would want to diet thru the holidays lol!
Lol Your Only As Old As You Feel An When You Stay Hittin The Weights I Know Your Young At Heart lol Real Talk..My Diet Has Always Been Clean All Year. I Dont Do Cardio At All Until 10 Weeks Out And Thats Walking A Hill For 15 min lol I Stay Fairly Lean.. IDK tho Im New To This So Im Going By How My Body Feels. Hows Yours Commin Along?
