Started taking Blox, I wanted to try it for a long time and now I am. Ill let you all know how good it works!

Whey protien- post workout(a Must)

Casien- occasionally(It's a little pricy since ive got other suppliments I take)

Creatine- Concrete(no water weight)

Multivitamin- megamen

Omega3

Pre-workout usually coffee or AmiNO energy (if i need it that day)
