Overall Goal: I want to have abs visible on my stomach by christmas time. Ive been going to the gym for a couple of months now and im really motivated to step up my training.

How I Started:
I have always been fit, and have attended an assortment of gyms. But only recently have i decided to take training a little more seriously.
Why I Love It:
I love being able to notice change in my body- and i realize that it takes time.. and for the most part it takes a long long time to even see any sort of change. But when it happens its really encouraging.
How I Stay Motivated:
The internet helps, and also going to the gym and seeing ladies who have awesome physiques!

I want to have abs visible on my stomach by christmas time. Ive been going to the gym for a couple of months now and im really motivated to step up my training.
Goal (Long):
I have always been fit, even when i was a child i was represented my state in swimming and athletics championships. In the past I have been a member of several gyms but the interest tended to disappears after a couple of months. Being older and more motivated now I have been searching on the internet and have found a few women who have the most fantastic physiques i have ever seen- muscular but definitely not OTT or masculine. I am not lifting weights 4 times per week and sticking to a low carb/ high protein diet. Im also vegan so i have to watch what i eat carefully. Im just starting to see results, but as i train solo I know this website will give me even more motivation to reach my goals.
That is solid! your quite educated good on ya! Its too bad people are rough to you, but you must have a lot of patience to push through it and be helpful.
Yes it is very similar :) well i went to rome for that weekend :) it was fun. Nothing new, got a new comp in Oct im traiing for, just writing some routines for clients and relaxing how about you? hows training?
Kinda sorta; I mean in a way yes. Ill explain haha. Im getting a degree in Kinesiology focusing in Personal training, but it doesnt have a declared minor, instead were suppose to take a minors worth of various(undetermined) credits that we can apply to training in some way. Mine is a mixture of Business and psychology. But in future (if i dont pursue a Masters in Biomechanics) my dream is to own my own gym and train, and write self help fitness books.
haha No Doubt! Work those guns! Dont cry too much though, everything in life happens for a reason, and its our job to use every little peice of negativity as motivation to push ourselves forward and become who it is we want to be.
I feel ya! I had a break up at the beggining of March, with a GF of 2.5 years, it was pretty rough. But dark days always brighten up,if the fight in you, keeps fighting. Dont worry youll get through it! Besides you look great, you seem nice, im sure when your ready you can find someone who is way better, and more importantly more suited to you. Untill then keep training, i find its the best thing to get your mind off of unhappiness.
