How I Started:
Got started in high school to lose weight. Lifted and ran for 3 years, lost over 100lbs, then stopped for whatever reason. Seven years later I'm back in the gym, back on the diet starting to transform my body and health again.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy I have when I'm in shape. I also enjoy looking (and being) healthier than I do when I'm out of shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
By setting goals.

I worked on Back/Biceps today and also did 50 minutes of cardio, walking outside. A very productive day in terms of bodybuilding for me. Since I've been lifting again I had not achieved a decent pump on any muscle group. I would lift until failure but nothing really filled out. Today...
That is good. I often come on and see what my friends are doing and it gets me fired up also. I finished a workout at 11:45 pm today and last weekend I have a session from midnight to 1:00 am. All of this was because of my BB.com friends. Keep pushing bro.
Good job! I am glad to see you are getting on top of your health at a young age. It's becomes much harder the older you get as I am learning through sad experience. Keep it up brother!
