What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
high protein, low fat. egg whites, oatmeal, spinach, apples, bananas, cottage cheese.

That is good. I often come on and see what my friends are doing and it gets me fired up also. I finished a workout at 11:45 pm today and last weekend I have a session from midnight to 1:00 am. All of this was because of my BB.com friends. Keep pushing bro.
