I worked at a gym with a Bodybuilder trainer and fell in love with the entire science behind it~
Why I Love It:
It becomes a addicition...Its a great great great stress reliever and seeing the results of your hard work really is thee best feeling ...ever!
How I Stay Motivated:
I work in gyms so seeing people staying motivated keeps me focused in the right direction. I NEVER would want to be heavy and out of shape~ Going to the local shows to see how people look, who placed, what i need to work on, ect...
BB Accomplishments:
I placed 6TH on my FIRST SHOW npc lakewood~

Compete in the Liberman NPC show in March 2010.. with 8 percent bodyfat and sliced up muscle~
Goal (Long):
I competed in the Lakewood show 09 an learned the stories were very true and very political~ So i would love to come back and look 1000 times better then my first show. After learning what my major flaws are, i WILL COME BACK DIESEL! March 20th is the next show im doing.. so im starting my diet about 20 weeks out and traingin 1000 times harder! Here we go! ;)
